Description

Flex Compact gen3 Harsh Environment consists of 50 large high-intensity, individually addressable LED nodes fully sealed in a thermoplastic overmold. This luminaire is designed to handle a wide range of extreme conditions, such as dust, humidity, and temperature shifts found in coastal locations. Like all Flex Compact luminaries, Harsh Environment offers excellent light output, superior long-distance viewing for architectural accent and perimeter lighting, large-scale signage, and building-covering video displays.

Features

• Outdoor Rated—Flex Compact gen3 Harsh Environment strands are IP66-rated, and B117 >3,000 hours for harsh outdoor applications including coastal area installations. Each node, connector and terminator is fully sealed with a UV-resistant thermoplastic overmold.

• Proven Reliability—All Flex Compact HE nodes are designed to be extremely reliable year after year—thanks to smart design, extensive testing, and years of experience. Flex HE luminaires can handle a wide range of extreme conditions, such as dust, humidity, and temperature shifts.

• Daylight Visible—Each Flex Compact HE strands consist of 50 large, individually controllable, high-intensity LED nodes. Each node produces full-color light output of up to 28.7 candela.

• Lens and node spacing options—Clear flat, and translucent dome lenses are standard, with a 305 mm (12 in) on-center node spacing for either lens option. Numerous custom configurations including strands lengths of 1 to 60 nodes are available with 76 mm (3 in) to 610 mm (24 in) on-center node spacing.

• Industry-leading controls—Flex Compact gen3 Harsh Environment, RGB works seamlessly with the Color Kinetics full range of controllers, including Light System Manager, Video System Manager Pro, iPlayer 3, Antumbra iColor Keypad, and ColorDial Pro, or third-party controllers.

• Adaptable mounting—Flex Compact gen3 Harsh Environment, RGB strands can be mounted to a variety of surfaces including bridge cables with optional Individual Node Holders. For linear runs optional Mounting Track and Spacers ensures consistent alignment and spacing. Detachable leader cables in multiple lengths allow you to install strands at the appropriate distance from power/data supplies.

• Custom Leader Cable—Custom Leader Cable lengths are available in addition to standard cables of 7.6 m (25 ft), 15.2 m (50 ft), and 30.5 m (100 ft).
